SUBSTITUTION POLICY

FLOWERS & PLANTS

Ruth's Flower and Plants will make every effort to fulfill your order to the exact specifications as seen on our website. Occasionally, we may have to substitute your Perishable Goods order (including, but not limited to, floral arrangements, plants and fruit baskets) due to the unavailability of certain flowers, plants or fruits at different times of the year. We guarantee to only use the freshest flowers and produce. Substitutions may also be necessary to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner. When substitution is necessary, the utmost care shall be taken to maintain the overall effect of the item posted on our site, and only products of equal or greater value shall be used for substitution.

GIFT BASKETS

Ruth's Flower and Plants will take the utmost care to fulfill your gift basket to the specifications on our website. Fruit baskets will stay fruit baskets, mixed baskets will stay mixed but we may need to substitute different pieces of fruit and or candy/nuts other than what is depicted on the site. Only products of equal or greater value shall be used for substitution.

CONTAINERS

If the container shown on our website is not available, a similar container of equal or greater value will be used.

NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY.
